1Chicken (cut into pieces)
1 TspPepper Corn Powder
1 1/2 TspCinnamon Powder
1/2 CupMilk
1/2 CupSoya Sauce
4 TbspGinger Garlic Paste
1 TbspSugar and Salt
2 TspBlack Pepper
1Lemon Juice
for the sauce
1 CupWater
2 TbspCornflour
as per tasteSalt and Sugar

Mix all the marinated ingredients and keep aside for 10 mins

Meanwhile make the sauce

Roast the chicken 15 min on one side

Turn and roast other side for 15 mins

Pour the sauce over and keep roasting for another 10 mins

Serve with Chips...Salad... Lettuce Salad....Bread... Chapati

P.S: Can cook in frying Pan...Tawa...Non Stick..
