Steps

Take a wok put ghee and heat on medium flame.

Add flour cook it till little change colour. Switch off the flame and keep aside.

Take a pan add jaggery and 2tablespoons of water. Now jaggery is melt add chopped dry fruits cook for 2minutes. Switch off the flame.

Take a another pan add water and sugar cook till bubbles come and syrup consistency in 1/3thread.

Take flour mixture add milk powder mix it well on low flame now add sugar syrup in it. Stir well and cook for 2minutes. The consistency will be dough foam. Cool it for 5minutes.

Take a modak mould grease with ghee. Add dough mixture in a modak mould. In the center add jaggery, dry fruits filling and cover it properly. Open the mould. Modak is ready.

Take a serving plate put modaks in it. Garnish it with jaggery dry fruits.
