Ingredients

20 mnts
  • 200 gmcottage cheese (paneer)
  • 4 tbspmaida
  • 4 tbspconflour
  • 1/2 cupraw cornflakes ground and crushed
  • as neededoregano garlic powder mix
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/4 tsppepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Take cheese cut them into 2inches strips

    Mix conflour,maida and make a coating paste with water and add salt

    Add oregano,garlic and pepper to it

  4. 4

    Dip cheese pieces in the mixture of maida and conflour and then coat with crushed raw cornflakes

    Keep these coated pieces in fridge for atleast 1/2 an hour

  6. 6

    Then fry on high heat in oil till crisp and serve with or without ketchup
