Steps

Take cheese cut them into 2inches strips

Mix conflour,maida and make a coating paste with water and add salt

Add oregano,garlic and pepper to it

Dip cheese pieces in the mixture of maida and conflour and then coat with crushed raw cornflakes

Keep these coated pieces in fridge for atleast 1/2 an hour

Then fry on high heat in oil till crisp and serve with or without ketchup
