Ingredients

30 portions
  • 250 gmflour
  • 20 gmsbaking powder
  • 50 mloil
  • 100 mlmilk
  • 5 gmssalt plus eggs (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Start by sieving the flour into a metallic bowl,add salt mix together and then baking powder.

  2. 2

    Add milk into the mixture and mix until you have a smooth consistency.

  3. 3

    Shallow fry the mixture with little oil do not let it to spread on the pan to get a golden brown round shape.
