Growing up I never like eating beans except with ijebu garri or salted bread but I learnt to cook my beans in a way that I do not need any extra 3rd party coming in between my beans and yes I can only enjoy beans porridge when I cook it myself

Growing up I never like eating beans except with ijebu garri or salted bread but I learnt to cook my beans in a way that I do not need any extra 3rd party coming in between my beans and yes I can only enjoy beans porridge when I cook it myself

Clean beans and parboil allow it cook once it’s almost tender add the kpomo and cook till it soft

Blend onion, pepper and crayfish in a blender; blend roughly not too smooth

Remove beans from heat and heat up another pot once it’s hot add palm oil after a minute add the blended onions and pepper paste

Add the smoke fish after 2 minutes of frying, add salt and knorr cube stir
- 5
Pour in the boil beans, stir and mix together and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes then turn off heat and serve
