Firstly in a large mixing bowl mash boiled potatoes

Add salt coriander leaves grated ginger chilli coriander and cumin powder garam masala salt mustard oil and corn flour mix all well

Add corn flour if there is still moisture in aloo mixture add mustard oil 1 tsp again mix all well to make potato patties grease your hands with oil and make patties make all patties tikki like this take a pan tawa sprinkle oil

Keep the flame medium so that patties become more crisp sprinkle some more oil patties golden in colour

Now flip the patties and roast both sides patties are almost done it's golden in colour and became crispy take out in kichten napkin take tikki in plate to make chaat spread chole over tikki spread fresh curd over it chopped onions tomatoes fang and sweet tamarind chutney green chutney sprinkly cumin and coriander powder chopped coriander leaves spread some sev bhujiya
