Ingredients

  • 1 kglemon
  • 1/2 kgsugar
  • 100 gmwhite salt
  • 100 gmblack salt
  • 2 tspblack pepper
  • 2 tsprosted cumin powder
  • 1 tspajvain
  • 50 gmwater
  • to tastered chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all wash the lemon and cut into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Now take a pan add sugar, water and lemon and boil it for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    When material is cool than add salt, black pepper and cumin powder and mix well.
