4 buncheskales
3 tbspoil
1large onion
to tasteSalt

Steps

Wash and Slice the veges into small pieces.

Put oil in a pan, then add in the onions and cook until a little brown.

Then add in kale and mix until the volume reduces.

Mix very well and cook for 5 minutes. Then serve.
