I wanted something different from the usual fried rice, so I came up with this.
Steps

Cut up your tomatoes, pepper and carrot then set aside.

Parboil your rice then set aside.

Next, pour your meat stock in the a cooking pot, add more water enough to cook the rice then allow to boil, add stock cube, taste and adjust then add the parboiled rice then cook till dry.

Next, heat up the vegetable oil in a sauce pan, add spring onion then saute, add the tomatoes and pepper then fry till dry then add the bell peppers, at this point season with the remaining knorr cube.

Lastly add the already boiled rice then stir on low heat for about five minutes, then your rice is ready.
