Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 1 kgall purpose flour
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 2 tablespoonsbaking powder
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1/2 cupcooking oil
  7. 1 glassmilk
  8. Hot water

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Thoroughly mix flour with baking powder, sugar, salt, and eggs.

  2. 2

    Add milk and mix thoroughly.

  3. 3

    Add oil and knead.

  4. 4

    Use hot water water to knead and achieve the hard dough texture (like that for chapati)

  5. 5

    Allow it to rest covered for 10 minutes.

  6. 6

    Roll into chapati size 1cm thick and use a glass to attain the round shapes.

  7. 7

    Deep fry, under medium heat, into golden color.
