Steps

First roast the papad and crushed it and keep aside

Take a kadai put oil and heat it now add cumin seed,chopped green chilli,and chopped onion and saute it

Now add turmeric powder,coriander powder and red chilli powder and stir well add chopped tomato and saute it

Now add crushed papad and stir it add salt, pepper powder chat masala and squeeze lemon and mix well cook on low to medium flame for few minutes

Papad bhurji is ready

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
And serve it
