Ingredients

  1. 5-6small size papad
  2. 1 cupboiled chickpeas
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1chopped tomato
  5. 1chopped cucumber
  6. 2Green chillies chopped
  7. 2-3 teaspooncoriander leaves
  8. 1 teaspoonChat masala
  9. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  10. 2 teaspoonLemon juice
  11. 2 tbspGram flour Sev to sprinkle on the top
  12. to tasteSalt

    To make kotori..

  2. 2

    Grease two or three micro safe small glass Bowls.

  3. 3

    Take a papad.

  4. 4

    Dip it in water until soft.

  5. 5

    Rest it on a paper towel.

  6. 6

    Cover and dry it completely.

  7. 7

    Spread the papad over the bowl.

  8. 8

    Press the centre down.

  9. 9

    And arrange rest of papad in the bowl.

  10. 10

    Microwave the bowl for one minute.

  11. 11

    Remove the papad from the bowl. Repeat the process to make more kotories from papads.

    Now your papad kotories are ready.

    In a big bowl add boiled chickpeas..

  14. 14

    Add chopped onion chopped green chillies chopped cucumber.And tomato.

  15. 15

    Add salt coriander leaves and lemon juice.

  16. 16

    Toss it.Add chat masala and red chilli powder. Mix it properly.

  17. 17

    Fill the papad kotori with these chickpeas mixture.

  18. 18

    Garnish it with Sev and serve.
