Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsphung curd
  2. 1/4 tspsalt
  3. 1 tsptandoori masala
  4. 1/2 tspperi peri masala
  5. 1 tbspoil
  6. 1/4 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1/4 cupwhole mushrooms
  8. 5-6 pieceswhole babycorn
  9. 1 pinchchat masala
  10. Onion rings for accompaniment

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a mixing bowl, take hung curd, oil, ginger garlic paste, peri peri masala, tandoori masala, salt & mix nicely.

  2. 2

    Then add mushrooms & babycorn to the marinade & let it rest for 20min.

  3. 3

    Then take a oven tray line it with foil paper & place marinated vegetables on it & bake it in a preheated oven over 220°c for 15-20min.

  4. 4

    Remove from the oven sprinkle some chat masala & serve it with onion rings & lemon.
