Fast mash the boiled potatoes completely

Add onion, coriander leaves,dry mango powder, black pepper powder, garam masala,red chilli powder, cornflour, salt for taste,chat masala, turmeric powder

Mix all ingredients properly with each other

In another bowl= add egg, ginger,garlic paste and little salt and mix it well

Grase palms with oil take a potato mixture into hand and make thick round disc

Put boiled egg in center of disc and close it from all sides

Next dip in egg mixture

Coat all over with bread crumbs

Add oil in a pan for deep fry

The oil is hot drop raw egg kebabs carefully in to it fry them for 4-5 mins turning all sides and become golden brown

Take out in tissue paper plate

The tasty kebabs are ready and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup and garnish with oregano, coriander leaves and fry green chilli.
