Mix maida, salt 3 tbspoon oil

Add little little warm water and make dough like paratha and keep to rest for 10 mins

Take boiled potatoes smash it add green peas, salt, amchur powder, chilli garlic and ginger paste.

Mix it well and keep aside..stuffing is ready

Take dough roll like a puri. Keep the stuffing in the center.

Take the plates from the top and give the shapes like potli

Make all the potlis like shown above

Take a pan add oil and keep on medium flame

Add potlis to it when heated.

Fry till golden brown and serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup
