Boil peas just until done without turning them mashy

Add Soya granules to hot water and rest them for 15 minutes.

Drain out and squeeze the excess water of the Soya granules. Rinse them twice with cold water

Mash the veggies with soya granules, ginger garlic paste, breadcrumbs green chilies, coriander leaves and all the dry spicesand make a dough.

Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them on the screwers/seeks about 3 to 4 inch long.

Shallow fry them in the olive oil on medium flame to get a smooth texture and colour

When they have turned Golden then take them out for plating.

Serve hot with chutney onions lemon wedges and salad.
