First chop capsicum into small pieces then mix in onions beetroot carrot salt as per taste and ginger and masala then add soaked bread in water and squeezed fully (4 slices) mix well then add bread crumbs made from 4 slices and Kasuri methi and mix well.

Now make them into rounds or vertical shape Spread the cheese like in the picture and set the oven in toast mode for 15 mins at 180 degrees and toast it. Take it out and garnish with cucumber capsicum beetroot and carrot like in the picture. Make rolls from cucumber strips and poke a toothpick to fasten it. Then add chilli flakes on the cheese and serve.

Alternatively you can chill the dough for half hour and fry them instead of toasting in the oven. Chilling the dough will not absorb a lot of oil.
