Paneer Tikka
Steps

Wash and cut the Paneer into rectangle shape. Prick the Paneer all over with a fork so that the Marinade is absorbed easily

Now take a bowl add chilli powder, black pepper powder, Garam Masala, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and curd and make good paste

Marinate paneer pieces with the paste and keep for minimum 20 minutes

Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a non stick frying pan Shallow fry marinated paneer pieces by turning both side on a low flame till it turn Brown

Remove from the flame and transfer to the serving dish Paneer Tikka is ready to serve
