In a large mixing bowl, take boiled sweet corn, grated cheese and boiled potatoes.
Add corn flour this helps to bind together and remove extra moisture. - 2
Add chaat masala, pepper and salt.Mix all together to form a dough. Grease your hands with oil and prepare small balls.
Roll it into corn flour,Then further dip it into maida paste. (prepare maida paste mix 3 tbsp of maida in ¼ cup of water.) - 3
After that, roll it on bread crumbs for crispy outer layer.keep it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, deep fry the corn cheese balls on medium flame. Fry the cheese balls till they turn golden brown.
Finally, serve cheese balls souce and green chutney.
