First of all Peel the bitter gourd and cut into the centre.

Take the bowl add bitter gourd and salt and store it for 1 hour at room temperature.

Now take a fry pan add oil for deep fry.

Now wash the bitter gourd and fry it.

Now take a another pan heat the oil and add onion and soute it.

Now add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.

Now add bitter gourd and mix well.

Serve it with chapati.
