Sieve flour, baking powder and salt

Add the butter to the dry ingredients, it must form into crumbs

Make a circle in the centre, add sugar and water

Lightly start kneading the mixture on a floured surface and press down to about 1cm thick.

Cut with a scone cutter.

Place on a greased baking tray and milk wash them.

Bake at 220°C for 15-20 minutes.
