Ingredients

  1. Well cooked njahi
  2. Matoke
  3. Water
  4. Onion
  5. Cooking oil
  6. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel bananas and wash them

  2. 2

    Add to the cooked njahi

  3. 3

    Add water and salt then cook for 20minutes

  4. 4

    Drain water and mash till done

  5. 5

    In a different pan, sweat your onion and add to the mashed mukimo

  6. 6

    Mix well and serve with a steamed cabbage or take with tea
