Ingredients

  1. For idli
  2. 1 bowlrava (suji)
  3. 1/2 spoonsalt
  4. 1/2 bowloil
  5. 1/2 spoonsoda
  6. 1 bowlcurd
  7. For coconut chutney
  8. 1/2coconut cut in small pieces
  9. 1 spoonchana roasted (powder)
  10. 1/2 spoonmustard seeds
  11. 2 spooncurd
  12. 1/2 spoonsalt
  13. 1/4 bowlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly take a mixer jar add coconut, chana and water and salt now grind it now take a wok add 2 spoon oil heat it add mustard seeds fry it

  2. 2

    Now add curd in it add coconut in it transfer it in a bowl chutney is ready

  3. 3

    Now take a bowl add rava 1/2 spoon salt and curd mix well now add soda and take idlli stand Grease it now add batter in it take a cooker add little water and put idlli stand in it steam it for 2,3 minutes on low flame now cheak it with a knife and transfer in a dish

    Serve idlli with coconut chutney
