250 gcashews nuts
3 cupssugar
3 kgflour
1 kgbutter
6eggs
4 tspbaking powder

Mix butter and sugar together in a bowl

Add crushed cashews nuts and eggs

Add flour and baking powder, mix using hands until the dough is set
4

Make small round balls and press with a fork
5

Place in a greased baking pan and bake for 15min-20min at 180°C
