Steps

Take a karahi,Pour 1 tbsp of oil in it with cumin seeds.

When they crackleup add cloves,cardamon, cinnamon& chopped onions.

Cook till they become pink in colour, now add all the veggies with 1 cup of milk & 1/2 cup of water.

Cook on the low flame till all veggies become soft.

Add salt & black grounded pepper & mix well,cook till all the water & milk is absorbed.

Take a serving bowl,pour the cooked veggies in it & garnish with Coriander leaves & cream.

Serve hot with chapati & salad.
