Serving

1 bunchripe plantain cut in cubes
1/2 tspchilli pepper grounded
1/2 tspdry grounded ginger
1 pinchsalt to taste
1small bulb onions sliced
1 bottlegroundnut oil

Cut the plantain in cubes

Add the pepper, ginger and salt

Mix all properly

Put the oil in a pan and heat
5

Add the spiced plantain and fry until golden brown
6

Serve in a plate and and use the sliced onions for garnishing
7

You can eat with any food of your choice
