Ingredients

Serving
  1. 1 bunchripe plantain cut in cubes
  2. 1/2 tspchilli pepper grounded
  3. 1/2 tspdry grounded ginger
  4. 1 pinchsalt to taste
  5. 1small bulb onions sliced
  6. 1 bottlegroundnut oil

Steps

25 minuets
  1. 1

    Cut the plantain in cubes

  2. 2

    Add the pepper, ginger and salt

  3. 3

    Mix all properly

  4. 4

    Put the oil in a pan and heat

  5. 5

    Add the spiced plantain and fry until golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve in a plate and and use the sliced onions for garnishing

  7. 7

    You can eat with any food of your choice
