Ingredients

  1. For marinating:
  2. 500 gmspaneer
  3. 1/2 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
  5. 1/2 tsplemon juice
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. To taste, salt
  8. For the sauce:
  9. 1 1/2-2 tbspshoney
  10. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  11. 2 tbspssriracha sauce
  12. 1/2 tbspcornflour
  13. 1/2 tbspgarlic, finely chopped
  14. 1 tbspoil
  15. To taste, salt
  16. 1 1/2 tbspwater
  17. For garnish:
  18. A fewspring onion greens, finely chopped
  19. Some toasted sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the paneer using all the ingredients written and leave it to rest overnight in the fridge.

  2. 2

    In a pan, heat the oil and saute garlic.

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix honey, tomato ketchup, sriracha sauce, water and salt. Pour the mixture over the garlic and cook.

  4. 4

    Once it comes to a boil, add cornflour and the marinated paneer.

  5. 5

    Cook till the gravy is of your preferred consistency. You can adjust the quantity of water if you prefer to.

  6. 6

    Take it off the heat and transfer into a serving dish and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and spring onion greens.
