Ingredients

  1. 1big cup honey beans
  2. 1 handfulcrayfish grounded
  3. 8 piecesfresh tomatoes chopped
  4. 7 piecesfresh pepper blended
  5. 2big onions sliced
  6. 1 handfulfresh sent leaf shredded
  7. 1/2 cuppalm oil
  8. 1 bunchripe plantain cut in cubes
  9. Fresh fish fried
  10. 2Seasonings
  11. 1/2 tspSea salt to salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pick the beans and remove all dirt

  2. 2

    Put enough water to cook the beans on fire

  3. 3

    Wash the beans inside the boiling water,add some of the onions and cover to cook until a little tender

  4. 4

    Add the platinum,salt and seasoning

  5. 5

    When very soft,put the oil in a pan and heat

  6. 6

    Add the onions,tomatoes and pepper stir fry until a little brown

  7. 7

    Add the crayfish and stir fry too

  8. 8

    Pure the fried tomatoes to the beans and continue cooking for 5minutes

  9. 9

    Add the sent leaf last

  10. 10

    Use the fried fish to garnish

  11. 11

    Serve warm
