First of all soak grams in water.5 to 6 hours

Then take it out and tie it up with a clean cotton cloth.

After 2 -3 days the sprout will be ready.

Then add finely chopped onion,tomato,coriander leaves,lemon juice and salt and mix it up.y our sprouts are ready👍💐

I have used fresh sprout.and serve it with fruits or raisins also.you can also eat only sprouts And jaggery in the breakfast☺️
