Ingredients

  • 5 pcsboiled lotus stems pieces fresh or from leftover curry
  • 1boiled potato
  • 2 tbspgram flour or roasted Chana powder
  • 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste
  • 1 tspRed powder
  • 1 tspAamchur powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupfresh bread crumbs
  • To tasteGreen chillies finely chopped
  • as neededCoriander leaves
  • as neededOil to shallow fry

Steps

    Mix all mentioned indgridients except oil.
