Ingredients

  1. 5 pcsboiled lotus stems pieces fresh or from leftover curry
  2. 1boiled potato
  3. 2 tbspgram flour or roasted Chana powder
  4. 1 tspGinger garlic chilli paste
  5. 1 tspRed powder
  6. 1 tspAamchur powder
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2 cupfresh bread crumbs
  9. To tasteGreen chillies finely chopped
  10. as neededCoriander leaves
  11. as neededOil to shallow fry

Steps

    Mix all mentioned indgridients except oil.
