  • 1medium size brinjal
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcorn flour
  • To tasteSalt and sugar
  • as neededOil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash&cut the brinjal into round pieces

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients and marinate the brinjal pieces.

  3. 3

    Put oil in the pan,add brinjal pieces and fry until both the sides become brown

  4. 4

    Serve with steamed rice and daal
