Steps

Cut the chicken pieces into small bite sized pieces.

Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and 1/2 TSP red chilli powder.

Keep it aside.

In a flat plate add flour salt 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder and chicken tikka masala powder.And pepper powder.

Mix it well.

Another bowl whisk egg whites and milk with little salt.

Dip the chicken pieces into flour mixture.Dust the excess flour from chicken.

Then dip the chicken pieces into egg+milk mixture.

Then roll it in fresh bread crumbs.Try to roll the pieces like small balls with the help of your hands.

Repeat the process.

Dip fry the popcorns sized chicken in medium hot oil.

Serve hot.
