Wash rice and boil, add a little salt and cook until soft

Wash vegetables and cut into small shapes

In a pan add a little coconut oil and put on the cooker, add onions and allow to fry a little then add all your vegies and stair fry on a low heat. Add turmeric, corriander, black pepper, seasoning cubes and stair, you can add a pinch of salt if you want. Serve this with your already boiled white rice and enjoy. It's an excellent recipe for vegeterians.
