Aaloo beans sabji=Heat the oil in the pan add jeera and garlic paste add chopped onion and fry it now add aaloo and beans saute for 2 minutes now add salt and cook then add all masalas and cook for 2 minutes now add chopped tomato and mix it well and cover and cook for 2 minutes open the lid and mix it well now aaloo beans sabji is ready to serve

Karela fry=heat the oil in pan add jeera and karela fry it then add chopped onion cook for 2 minutes now add turmeric powder and salt mix it well and cook it well at last add dry mango powder mix it well our karela fry is ready to serve

Green chutney=Take all ingredients and blend smooth take out in a bowl add lemon juice and little oil now green chutney is ready to serve

Masala oats=Heat the pan add water and masala oats cook it well take out in a bowl and serve with chopped onion,chopped tomato and chopped coriander leaves

Serve the aaloo beans sabji, karela fry, green chutney, masala oats with roti and salad
