A simple vegetarian recipe.
Steps

Boil Potatoes and fry well adding salt and turmeric powder

In the same pan add cumin seed,bay leaf, red chilli whole garam masalas.

As it crackles add chopped tomato and red chilli Powder
- 4
Add cashew-raisins paste mix well adding ginger paste saute well
- 5
Add Potatoes and saute well
- 6
Add water and simmer adding sugar
- 7
Serve it with chapati
