Ingredients

  1. 250 Gchicken
  2. 3 Tbscorn flour
  3. 1 Tbsflour
  4. 1/2 Cupbuttermilk
  5. Spices of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Coat the chicken in the buttermilk

  2. 2

    Season both flours with salt n spices and dip the chicken and coat

  3. 3

    Dip fry in hot oil till coating is brown

  4. 4

    Remove and dip again in buttermilk and coat in flour and dip fry again.remove put in serviette and serve
