  1. 100 gmbroccoli
  2. 100 gmbaby corn
  3. 100 gmhomemade paneer
  4. 100 gmtomato puree (homemade)
  5. 1 tbspcornflour
  6. 1/2 cupwater
  7. 3 tbspoil
  8. 3green chillies (paste)
  9. 8 clovesgarlic (paste)
  10. 1"ginger (grated)
  11. 1 tspvinegar
  12. 1 tspsoya sauce
  13. 1 tspsugar
  14. to tasteSalt & black pepper powder
  15. 2 cupssteamed rice

  1. 1

    Wash & cut broccoli florets,baby corn into medium pieces... parboiled with salt water in microwave for 2-3 mins. Sliced onion. Cut paneer into medium pieces.Mix prepared tomato puree with cornflour and water.. keep aside.

    In non stick pan add & heat oil,add sliced onion and saute for one min.Add parboiled broccoli florets and babycorn pieces, paneer pieces,...add green chillies paste, garlic paste,and grated ginger...mix well and saute for 2 mins.

    Add prepared tomato puree mixture,cook for 1 min.

    Add vinegar,soya sauce,sugar,salt & black pepper powder..mix well.and stir-fry for 1 min.

    Serve hot half of prepared veggies with 1 cup(100gm) of steamed rice..for one portion... complete one dish healthy meal.

    Veggies with garlic sauce..140 calories,1 cup(100 gm) boiled rice-206 calories.
