  1. 1 cupmaize (muthokoi)
  2. 1/2 cupbeans
  3. Onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. Pepper red
  6. Avocado
  7. to tasteSalt

Steps

    Mix maize and beans and cook till done

  2. 2

    When ready fry the onions and add tomatoes you can blend the tomato.

  3. 3

    When ready add the muthokoi salt and chilli

  4. 4

    Let it cook for a while then serve while hot and yes dont forget your avocado 😍😍😍
