Ingredients

  • 125 gramsbutter
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla essence
  • 1 cupcastor sugar
  • 3 cupsself raising flour
  • /- 1 1/2 cups milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add eggs one at a time and beat.

  3. 3

    Add vanilla essence and mix.

  4. 4

    Alternate flour and milk

  5. 5

    Once the consistency is not too thick and not too runny.use ab ice cream scoop and scoop mixture into cupcakes cases.

  6. 6

    Bake at 180 degrees until cake is baked
