Add yeast and sugar to the lukewarm water

Keep aside till it's bubbles

When the yeast has bubble up,mix it little by little to the flour and all the ingredients except 1/2 portion of the oil for later use

Mix the flour like a dough not to hard nor to much loose also

Rub the half portion oil everywhere and cover with samp cloth for 2 hrs

After 2 hours open and mix the flour well,now it's double it size

Make small ball and roll like chapati but not thin

It has to be somewhat lightly thick so that it gets packet inside

PS :- Can be eaten with any curry
