Ingredients

  • 1 cupMoong dal wash and soaked
  • 7-8mirch wash and slit and deseed
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchHeeng
  • 4-5boiled potatoes mashed
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 3-4 tspCoriander powder
  • to tasteAmchur powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala

Steps

    Grind dal into smooth paste and add salt in it. Add all other spices in boiled potatoes and mix it evenly. Now take mirch stuffed them with potatoes. Coat them well in Dal paste and deep fry them till golden brown. Serve them with ketchup or chutney.
