It's an awesome combination of colours... tasteworthy recipe... a new and delicious way to have spinach and paneer...

First of all slice the onion and dice the tomatoes..

Put 2 t.spoon butter in a pan and add ginger garlic paste and let it sautte for a while. Now add cardamom,cloves and cinnamon. Sautte them untill the aroma of khada masala releases. Add sliced onion and sautte it untill it is translucent.

Add tomatoes and mix well. Let it cook for some time and add salt,red chilli powder,turmeric and coriander powder and cashew nuts chopped. Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

When the mixture completely cools down, grind it well. If you want to strain it you can.

Now take another pan add 2 t.spoons butter. Add ginger garlic paste and let it sautte for a while. Add spinach paste and sautte it. Add green chilli paste and salt and pepper as per your taste. Add cashew nuts powder and gram flour and mix well. It should form like a soft dough.

Take grated paneer. Add salt and pepper. Jeera powder, chat masala and mixed herbs and corn flour. As shown in the above step.

Now roll them in small ball size.

Now cover all paneer balls with spinach dough.

Coat them with corn flour

Deep fry them. Cut the paneer balls from middle and serve with hot gravy. Garnish with coriander leaves...
