Fried plantain and Coleslaw

Slice plantain and deep fry, after frying, set aside

Wash carrot, cucumber and cabbage thorough then Slice them

Add mayonnaise to the slice carrot, cabbage and cucumber and mix all together.

Serve the coleslaw in a plate and just add the baked beans on top, then your plantain and coleslaw is ready.
