Don't worry, if you don't like tomoatoe stew like me. This will definitely make you love eating rice..

Cut the liver, kidney, heart and all the veggies into cube shape.

Put your nonstick frying pan on a low heat, add the liver, kidney and the heart. Stair fry slowly until the water that comes out of them is dried... You can season it with a cube of Maggi

When the water is finally dried, add little cooking oil, then carrot, stir for 3mins, add the green beans, green pepper, the onions, tomatoes then lastly spring onions... Season it with any spice of ur choice... Then you're good to go..

Note: makes sure none of the veggies over fry, use low heat all through to keep your sauce fresh...
