Ingredients

  • 400 gBananas
  • Flour,as needed
  • 150 gFrying batter
  • 125 mlApricot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and cut bananas into 1 cm long.

  2. 2

    Pass through flour, shake off the surplus.

  3. 3

    Dip into frying batter.

  4. 4

    Lift out with the fingers, into fairly hot deep fat 185 C

  5. 5

    Cook for about 5 minutes on each side.

  6. 6

    Drain well on kitchen paper,and glaze under the salamander.Serve with hot apricot sauce
