Take poha in a large strainer.

Wash it 1 time by gently swifting them with your fingers under running water.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.

Add chopped onions.

Add chopped potatoes.

Mix well.

Add turmeric powder.

Add soaked poha.

Cook for 1 minute.
