Ingredients

  • 6large potatoes
  • 1onion, finely chopped
  • 4large tomatoes, grated or blended
  • Juice of one lemon/lime
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • Green/red chillies(optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1small capsicum, grated
  • Oil
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1raw mango, diced

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes till soft then quarter them

  2. 2

    Fry onions, add garlic and fry

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes fry. Add the other ingredients except potatoes and continue to cook on medium heat

  4. 4

    Finally add potatoes and half cup water(adjust salt if need be) and simmer until ready. Serve and enjoy
