Peeled the plantain and cut it to any size of your Choice... Allow it stay in water.

Pound the pepper and the tomoatoes 🍅

Put your oil on fire, add onions and the pounded pepper and Tomatoes 🍅. Fry for about 7mins. Add two cubes of Maggi.. Stir and add the fresh fish stock and little water enough to cook it.

Bring it to a boil, add the plantain, add the dry fish, cook until soft. Add the blended cray fish, the remaining 2cubes.. Simmer for 2mins. Add your chopped scent leaves and the oziza leaves, steam for 3mins and stir.
