Making salsa at home is so easy and tastes so much more fresh than any jarred or store bought salsa. This is a great alternative to any ordinary tomatoe based salsa!

Steps
- 1
Add all ingredients into a bowl, except avocado and mix. Add the avocado last and lightly fold into the salsa. I do this so I don't overwork the avocado and to keep the chunks whole.
- 2
Chill for atleast 30 min or serve immediately. Some people just prefer chilled salsa over room temperature. Serve with tortilla chips or layer over a nice piece of fresh fish!
- 3
Sometimes I add corn to this salsa, about a half cup.
