Ingredients

  • 2boiled potatoes
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • as neededwheat dough

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and mash..

  2. 2

    Add onions, green chillies, black pepper,ajwain,salt,(red chilli if you like it spicy)

  3. 3

    Mix it well

  4. 4

    Take a portion from dough make ball

  5. 5

    Start rolling the dough and fill potatoes mixture and seal it

  6. 6

    Again roll it

  7. 7

    Heat a tawa put it on tawa and apply desi ghee on one side

  8. 8

    Cook side 1-2 min flip and apply ghee on other side cook other side 2 min

  9. 9

    Take parantha of from tawa
